Opportunistic Approach: Rather than focusing on specific industry sectors or geographic markets, WorldVest and Management seek to identify, on a case by case basis, individual opportunities that demonstrate the potential for outsized growth and returns.

Sustained Earnings Growth: WorldVest invests in companies that demonstrate the potential for sustained earnings momentum through organic growth strategies, consolidation opportunities accretive to growth in earnings or other fundamental growth opportunities.

Portfolio Management: After an investment is made, WorldVest and Management collaborate with the portfolio company's management team by appointing highly knowledgeable and strategic advisors to serve on the company's Board of Directors and remain actively involved in strategic planning to ensure the company's focus is growth in shareholder value.

Add-on Acquisitions: Consistent with its growth strategy, WorldVest and Management look at growing portfolio companies through strategic acquisitions. As a result of this emphasis, the Company seeks initially to purchase companies in selected industries as platform investments then enhances those platforms through a combination of organic growth strategies and add-on acquisitions. The initial platform company operations, will most commonly consist of well managed profitable companies, but certain selected "start-up" companies will also be considered due to their promise of "outsized" return opportunities
